The philosophy of the FAU/Pine Jog Afterschool Program is to provide a quality afterschool program for the students that attend Pine Jog Elementary School. Our goal is to meet the fundamental needs for growth and development for all children attending our program by providing a safe and healthy environment. It is important that children be given the best possible opportunities to grow into healthy, well-adjusted youth.
our goal is to introduce new and exciting activities such as drumming, storytelling, nature hikes, dance troops, etc. We will continue to introduce more healthy snack choices into our program. Students will have the opportunity to choose what they cook once a month.
"I love afterschool! We get to learn about different stuff. Really cool arts and crafts, green hour, and going outside are my favorite."
