Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide a quality afterschool program that enriches and enhances the lives of the students and parents that attend our program.
We commit ourselves to teach diversity and respect so that our youth can become productive environmental citizens.
Vision
The philosophy of the FAU/Pine Jog Afterschool Program is to provide a quality afterschool program for the students that attend Pine Jog Elementary School. Our goal is to meet the fundamental needs for growth and development for all children attending our program by providing a safe and healthy environment. It is important that children be given the best possible opportunities to grow into healthy, well-adjusted youth.
Goals:
Our goal is to introduce new and exciting activities such as drumming, storytelling, nature hikes, dance troops, etc. We will continue to introduce more healthy snacks choices into our program. Students will have the opportunity to choose what they cook once a month.
Enrichment activities offered
by the YMCA, CCE, Literacy
Coalition, Palm Beach Zoo, Green Mouse Academy and South Florida
Science Museum.

Services Provided
In addition to being open during the regular school year, we also offer a nine week Summer Camp.
Afterschool Program includes snacks. Our Summer Camp Program includes breakfast, lunch, and a snack plus filed trips.
